Fresher recruitment solutions company,  VibrantMinds Technologies is acquired by AlmaMapper Technologies, an Edutech ecosystem player with a unclosed deal. This deal took place using the cash and share swapping between companies.

VibrantMinds Technologies was founded by Vikas Krishna Shinde in 2014. The company’s prime focus is on campus recruitment and online assessment services. Along with that, the platform helps in connecting colleges, companies & Candidates Across India. The company claims to have assisted around 200+ companies till date in freshers hiring.

On the acquisition, Vikas Shinde, CEO at VibrantMinds, said:

Our goal is to remove the gap between Companies, colleges & candidates and provide a seamless platform to create Job Opportunities across India for fresher as well as Experienced candidates. Now with Almamapper we will be able to explore & Scale it on higher level

Pankaj Kaul and Chandra Mauli Sharma founded AlmaMapper in August 2014. The company provides a one-stop platform for students for all the utilities ranging from the discovery of Campuses, Alumni, Notes, Courses, Events, Jobs & Internships. The company claims to have more than 800K students registered on the platform. Along with that, the company has also created automated platform solutions for Alumni Management and Campus Placements for Colleges along with a SaaS-based hiring system for corporates by the name of Scout360.
